Looking to ride your horses in Guajome Park?
Guajome Regional Park is a great local place to ride your horses. It is located in Oceanside next to the Jeffries Ranch community.
Jeffries Ranch is one of the rare communities zoned for horses and has extensive horse trails throughout the neighborhood. Most Properties are not listed as horse properties, however, have enough land and are zoned to keep 2 horses per home.
The park itself has 4.5 miles of trails. The trails go around two ponds, which attract a wide variety of migratory birds and serve as home to a variety of fish. The trails meander through diverse habitats such as woodlands, chaparral, wetlands, and mixed grasslands.
Just recently Guajome Park granted access to horseback riders to and around the larger pond on the north side of the park. This has greatly enhanced the riding experience and the length of trails for horse back riders.
Guajome Park also has a developed 33-site campground offers partial hook ups, a caravan pavilion, shade and afternoon ocean breezes. Two day use areas with new playgrounds, a basketball court and lots of green lawn are ideal for picnicking or just relaxing.
Just 8 miles from the Pacific Ocean, Guajome Park has a nice ocean breeze and makes for great rides throughout the day or at sunset.

"Suzanne Vazzana helped us sell our home in a difficult market. We are very pleased with the quality of the promotional flyers for our home, and successful open house. When our first buyers failed to perform, we started all over again with renewed enthusiasm and support from Suzanne. She worked tirelessly and was always available. Her personalized service is what sets her apart; she is never too busy to meet with you. When we wanted to extend our escrow process, Suzanne was ready with several creative suggestions. In choosing Suzanne as our agent, we looked for trustworthiness and experience. We also wanted someone who understands rehab and renovating from the inside out. A good listener, Suzanne is clear on what our needs and wants are and we are confident she will help us find our next home in the area we desire and negotiate for the right price.
